1. Data controller

2. What Nova doesn't collect
- No account is required to use Nova.
- With Private Intelligence (the default mode): audio, transcriptions and rewritten text never leave your computer. Your history, vocabulary, voice shortcuts and personal information (“My info”) are stored locally, on your machine only.
- The Site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers (only your language and theme preferences are remembered in your browser). Audience measurement is cookie-free and aggregated (Cloudflare Web Analytics): no profiling, no individual identification.
3. Data we process

Legal basis: performance of the contract (sale, activation, support) and legal obligations (billing). No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.
4. The "Turbo" online engine (optional)
Turbo is disabled by default and reserved for Nova Ultra. If you enable it (the app asks for explicit confirmation): each dictation's audio is transmitted, encrypted (TLS), to our relay and then to our transcription subprocessor, processed transiently to produce text, and returned to your computer. We keep neither the audio nor the text — only a counter of seconds is kept (see table). Without a connection, or if you disable Turbo, Nova automatically falls back to Private Intelligence.

6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing of your data, and to data portability, as well as the right to set post-mortem directives. Exercise these rights by e-mail at mailprosasha2@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
7. Security
Exchanges are encrypted in TLS, activation keys are cryptographically signed and bound to your machine, server secrets are isolated and never exposed to clients, and access to license data is restricted to what's strictly necessary. On your computer, sensitive material (keys) is stored in Windows' encrypted credential vault.
